ANCORand CQL have partnered  to bring a 20% discount on CQL’s Focus Forum, a unique consultative experience. Employees, people receiving supports, families, volunteers, community supporters, and board members come together for 2½ days of interactive dialogue, debate, and action planning about how their particular organization can leverage its strengths and assets to become more person-centered. The interactive group process builds a consensus on the principles and practices of person-centeredness.

CQL has partnered with Essential Learning, the leading provider of eLearning services to the health and human service industry, to provide a comprehensive set of online courses for staff in health and human service organizations. The series of eight eLearning courses lays the foundation for a deeper understanding of the personal outcomes approach, identifies and explains the 21 personal outcomes across services settings, and explores the practical use of personal outcomes.

New York State Association of Community and Residential Agencies (NYSACRA) - Partner

The New York State Association of Community and Residential Agencies (NYSACRA) represents more than 200 not-for-profit service provider agencies with a combined workforce of approximately 70,000 employees. As New York prepares for implementation of the People First waiver and managed care, providers are increasingly interested in being able to demonstrate results of services in the lives of the people they support. CQL’s Personal Outcome Measures®offer a unique framework for measuring and reporting. As a result of this partnership, NYSACRA members will receive a five percent (5%) discount on single training events and a ten percent (10%) discount on CQL’s Personal Outcome Measures® Interviewer and Trainer certification programs.
