I have found it to be one of the best things
we have done in a while. It places the emphasis of service delivery
where it needs to be - centered around the individual. Two highlights of the experience were making
the time to get together with an outside facilitator to set a direction and getting
everyone on the same page on the issue of person-centeredness.
