CQL is an international not-for-profit organization dedicated

community for all people.
The New York State Association of Community and Residential
Agencies (NYSACRA) represents more
than 200 not-for-profit service provider agencies with a combined workforce of
approximately 70,000 employees.As New York
prepares for implementation of the People First waiver and managed care,
providers are increasingly interested in being able to demonstrate results of
services in the lives of the people they support. CQL’s Personal Outcome Measures®offer a unique framework for
measuring and reporting. As a result of
this partnership, NYSACRA members will receive a five
percent (5%) discount on single training events and a ten percent (10%) discount
on CQL’s Personal Outcome Measures® Interviewer and Trainer
certification programs.
These “preferred products” will enable organizations to increase
person-centered excellence in practice and demonstrate improved quality of life
for people who receive services.
