Tuesday, January 12, 2010     1 PM EST     90 minutes     $139

Presenter: Albert Van Kleeck

This workshop will take you to the next level in using the Personal Outcome Measures® for the people your organization serves.   Once you have the data about the things that are present (or not) in people’s lives, and you know what is most important, what do you do with the qualitative information?  The next step is to identify what supports are necessary to make sure outcomes that are present are maintained, and for outcomes that are not present, you can use this information to plan how to get the outcomes people wants.  It is simple.  You base your planning on … “what I have and what I want.”
