Jen Papouchis Joins CQL As Systems Support Specialist
CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership is excited to announce that Jen Papouchis has been hired in the new position of Support Systems Specialist for the organization. In this role, Jen will coordinate administrative and operational functions for CQL services of accreditation, training, certification, research, and consultation. Through an in-depth knowledge and proficiency in existing and emerging technologies, she will also be responsible for identifying, implementing, and maintaining processes to improve both internal efficiencies and external correspondence.

"Her experiences in embracing new technologies, rolling out systems, and streamlining approaches will be a great asset not only to CQL, but also the organizations we partner with."
Prior to joining CQL, she was a Training Coordinator at a human services organization in Iowa, where she implemented a new e-Learning system, oversaw survey distribution, scheduled trainings and events, provided technical support involving Office 365, and served as the project manager for the organization’s CQL Accreditation activities.
"From CQL Accreditation to scheduling CQL Training from the provider's perspective, I've had quite a bit of experience with CQL," says Papouchis. "I am very passionate about CQL's mission and vision, and so impressed by everything the organization stands for."
Jen has also worked as an Office Manager and Accounting Clerk at for-profit companies, providing accounting and payroll related services. She has several years of experience supporting adults with disabilities as a Direct Support Professional, as well as supporting children with disabilities as a para-professional.
Jen holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree from Hamilton College in Iowa.
