National Leadership Consortium: A CQL Affiliate
Through an alignment of vision, mission, and values, the National Leadership Consortium is an affiliate of CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership. This alliance between the industry partners is founded on shared principles and strategic directives.

AbleLink Technologies
CQL is a partner of AbleLink Smart Living Technologies, the developer of The CQL POST App. AbleLink strives specifically to address the significant need for research-based cognitive support technologies for individuals with cognitive disabilities and those experiencing cognitive decline.
The Alliance for Full Participation
CQL is a founding member of The Alliance for Full Participation, which is a formal partnership involving leading organizations serving the human services field that share a common vision; to help create a better and more fulfilling quality of life for people with developmental disabilities.
AAIDD
The American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD) has been a member organization of CQL since 1969. AAIDD promotes progressive policies, sound research, effective practices, and universal human rights for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
ANCOR
The American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR) has been a member organization of CQL since 1973. ANCOR is a national, nonprofit trade association representing more than 1,600 private community providers, working to shape policy, share solutions, and strengthen community.
The Arc
The Arc has been a member organization of CQL since 1969. Founded in 1950, The Arc promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.
The Arc New York
CQL is a partner of The Arc New York, a family-led organization that advocates and provides support and services to people with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities, emphasizing choice and community engagement. The Arc New York, formerly NYSARC, was founded in 1949.
Autism Society of America
The Autism Society of America was one of the founding members of CQL in 1979. The Autism Society is a national non-profit organization delivering information, advocacy and support to the autism community. Since 1965, they’ve been committed to meaningful participation and self-determination.
High Tide Press
CQL is a partner of High Tide Press, the publisher of CQL’s Rights Conversation Cards. High Tide Press publishes books and media on Positive Organizational Culture, Leadership, and developmental disabilities for professionals in human services, education, nonprofit management, and healthcare.
MediSked
CQL is a partner of MediSked, the platform developer of the PORTAL Data System. MediSked is dedicated to delivering comprehensive Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to support clients within the HCBS industry with an integrated, person-centered technology model.
Maryland Nonprofits
CQL is a member of Maryland Nonprofits, whose mission is to strengthen organizations and networks for greater quality of life and equity. It was founded in 1992 through a comprehensive statewide organizing effort in the nonprofit and philanthropic community involving hundreds of executives.
Mosaic
Mosaic has been a member organization of CQL since 1998. Mosaic is a whole-person healthcare organization reaching across 11 states and providing supports to more than 4,500 people. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and goals, allowing people to be as independent as possible.
NADSP
The National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) has been a member organization of CQL since 2013. NADSP’s mission is to elevate the status of direct support professionals by improving practice standards, promoting system reform, and advancing their knowledge, skills and values.
NACBHDD
CQL is a Silver Sponsor of the National Association of County Behavior Health and Developmental Disability Directors (NACBHDD). As the only national voice for county and local behavioral health and developmental disability authorities, NACBHDD provides education, policy analysis, and advocacy.
NAQ
NAQ has been a member organization of CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership since 2002. Established by Trinity Services, NAQ’s mission is to promote, protect, and advance the interests of disability professionals in service, application, research, and other means of improving human welfare.
Reinventing Quality
CQL is one of the partners of the Reinventing Quality Conference. The biennial event is jointly hosted by AAIDD, ANCOR, HSRI, NASDDDS, the Research and Training Center on Community Living at the University of Minnesota’s Institute on Community Integration, TASH, and the National Leadership Consortium.
Relias
CQL is a partner of Relias, the provider of CQL’s e-Learning technology, which employs analytics and assessments to reveal specific gaps in clinical knowledge and addresses them with personalized, engaging learning to deliver better clinical and financial outcomes by reducing variation in care.
SABE
Self-Advocates Becoming Empowered (SABE) has been a member organization of CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership since 2006. SABE is the United States’ national self-advocacy organization. They are a national board of regional representatives and members from every state in the U.S.
