Cost-Effective Solutions For Quality Enhancement
Human service organizations can now implement internationally-recognized tools for quality enhancement, at a discounted cost. This discount applies to core services provided by CQL.
Eligible Organizations
Human service organizations and their current employees that are actively engaged in membership through ANCOR, The Arc of New York, and IARF are eligible to receive the discount.
Discount Rates
Eligible human service organizations can apply a 5% discount to core services provided by CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership. This member discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts offered by CQL.
Applicable Services
The discount applies to CQL services of accreditation, training, and certification. It includes the accreditation options, more than a dozen training topics, as well as both POM Interviewer and Trainer Certification.
Requesting Discounts
Discounts are not automatically applied to eligible organizations. To receive the discount, organizations must notify CQL prior to payment processing involving the service. Discounts cannot be applied after payment is processed.
Discounted Services
Human service organizations that are associated with the eligible member associations can receive a 5% discount on core CQL services including accreditation, training, and certification.

About The Member Associations
ANCOR
The American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR) is a national, nonprofit trade association representing more than 1,600 private community providers of services to people with disabilities. The mission of ANCOR is to advance the ability of our members in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to fully participate in their communities. Combined, they support over one million individuals with disabilities, and work to shape policy share solutions, and strengthen community.
The Arc New York
The Arc New York‘s mission is to advocate and provide support and services to people with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities, emphasizing choice and community engagement. The Arc New York was founded in 1949 to serve a critical mission – to improve the quality of life for people with developmental and other disabilities. What started as a support group and day nursery for families coping with these disabilities has grown to become the largest nonprofit in New York State serving people with disabilities.
IARF
IARF is Illinois leading association of community-based providers serving children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and serious mental illnesses. IARF has been the voice of human service organizations in government and has worked to provide agencies with individual consultation on issues that affect them specifically. IARF also commits itself to developing programs that return members’ investment of their dues with a purpose “to assist in the development and improvement of services in Illinois.”
