Payments | CQL

You can submit payments through three different options:

To pay via automated clearing house (ACH), visit: https://www.payerexpress.com/ebp/CQL/
To pay via a check, make the check payable to “The Council on Quality and Leadership” and mail it to: PO Box 824904, Philadelphia PA 19182-4904
To pay via credit card, complete the form below.

Please note: There is a 3% convenience fee for online credit card transactions, if an organization chooses that payment method. CQL prefers payment via check or using an automated clearing house (ACH) network. Those options are the most cost-effective, by avoiding the convenience fee.
