Peter Leidy, Quality Enhancement Specialist for CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership, has produced a song to honor and recognize direct support professionals (DSPs) during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This video is part of the ongoing ‘Words of Encouragement’ Campaign launched by the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP).
Along with this video, NADSP has collected numerous stories, videos, and messages of inspiration to help express gratitude and appreciation for DSPs, as well as share support for the essential workforce as they provide services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
