Get Inspired At The 2022 CQL Conference: Lightbulb Moments

That sudden burst of inspiration, the unexpected flash of enlightenment, an idea that hits you for the first time – they’re Lightbulb Moments. With all of the challenges we face in the human services field, bold strategies to transform the work that we do are absolutely essential. But more often than not, innovation in the services sector can exist in isolation.

The ‘2022 CQL Conference: Lightbulb Moments’ will bring them out of the dark.

From October 11, 2022, through October 14, 2022, some of the field’s most brilliant leaders will come together, both in-person and virtually, to exchange ideas, pass along best practices, and share tangible, relevant, applicable information to spark change.

And it all happens in Las Vegas – the brightest city on Earth, one of roughly 12 million lights, sparkling so much you can see it from space. It’s the perfect place to illuminate. From the pre-conference hosted by the National Leadership Consortium, to engaging keynotes, eye-opening breakouts, and meaningful networking opportunities – we’ll interact, we’ll learn, we’ll grow.

This event isn’t just an exercise in thought leadership, it’s action leadership. We hope you can join us at the ‘2022 CQL Conference: Lightbulb Moments,’ where you’ll leave with specific strategies you can implement at your organization that will have a measurable impact on the people you support.

In February 2022, we’ll be releasing registration for our hybrid conference where attendees can sign up for either in-person or virtual attendance to engage in the event like never before. Soon after that, we’ll be sharing additional information regarding keynote presentations, breakout session proposals, sponsorship/exhibiting, as well as our coveted CQL ‘Awards of Excellence.’
