In August 2022, we’re featuring Kim O’Neal, one of CQL’s Quality Enhancement Specialists.
What is your position at CQL and what does that role encompass?
As a Quality Enhancement Specialist, I provide reliable training during Personal Outcome Measures® Workshops and help conduct CQL Accreditation activities and provide guidance for organizations throughout the process.
What is your professional history, background, and experience?
I became involved in the human services field because I love helping others and sharing strategies with others for a fulfilled life experience. I have been a childcare provider – both teacher and Director for a total of 15 years. I have over 7 years of experience in Human Resources, 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, and 10 years of experience as a Staff Developmental Trainer.
What are three skills you have that help you in your work?

Is there anything you would like to share about yourself personally?
