CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership’s Personal Outcome Measures® are used to identify people’s quality of life outcomes, plan supports, and gather information and data about individual outcomes. We conduct Personal Outcome Measures® interviews to demonstrate the linkage between personally defined quality of life and excellence in person-centered services and the importance of data in planning and making change.
The ‘Measure Specifications for the Adult Personal Outcome Measures®‘ report details the technical aspects of the internationally-recognized person-centered discovery tool. To ensure consistency, reliability, and accuracy in data collection and analysis, the Measure Specifications includes background information about the Personal Outcome Measures®, how it is measured, how it is administered, and how it is analyzed (including numerators and denominators). In addition, the report outlines the tool’s alignment with the National Quality Forum’s (NQF’s) HCBS Quality Domains.
