CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership has produced this crosswalk to demonstrate the practical application of CQL quality enhancement tools to Ohio’s compliance standards that were developed by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). Through the use of these tools, CQL believes it is possible to measure and improve quality across systems and organizations, and make a positive impact on the people receiving services across the State of Ohio.

Ohio Compliance Standards & CQL Tools

The CQL tools utilized in the crosswalk include Basic Assurances®, Person-Centered Excellence, and the Personal Outcome Measures®. This crosswalk lists out the how the tools align with DODD standards and can help organizations in measuring and evaluating the following sections of Ohio’s compliance standards:
