Ready, Set, Action! Crafting an Effective Accreditation Plan
Accreditation doesn’t end with the initial visit. It’s just the start of your transformation! After the first accreditation review, agencies craft action plans for continuous quality improvement. These lay out specific steps, timelines, assignments, and evidence, that are used by organizations to evolve and grow.
So what do you need to know about accreditation plans? We’re laying it all out in the webinar ‘Ready, Set, Action! Putting Together an Effective Accreditation Plan.’ Attendees will find out about the various plans that are part of the different accreditation types, why those plans are so critical, and how you can use them to drive innovation. We’ll cover strategies for getting started and guidance for keeping the momentum going, along with tips and tricks to help you along the way!

During the accreditation review process, CQL uses the Basic Assurances® to evaluate organizational quality, looking at both systems and practices. Practices are observable – the actions an agency is actually taking in their supports and services … but what about systems?
In this webinar ‘Building Solid Systems For Improving Quality,’ we’re offering guidance that agencies can use to establish robust systems that create a strong foundation for organizational transformation. Attendees will first find out what we mean by a ‘system.’ Then, we’ll share examples of systems and describe their connection to an organization’s operations, programs, and services. Our presenters will also describe steps for getting started and tips to keep it all sustainable. This webinar is applicable to organizations that are not yet providing services and may be pursuing CQL Systems Accreditation, as well as agencies looking to refine and rebuild their foundation.

This session has become an annual tradition in our ongoing Accreditation Webinar Series. It’s an opportunity to get answers to your accreditation questions, straight from the experts! A panel of CQL staff will be addressing attendee inquiries, which can be submitted through the webinar registration form or asked live during the actual session.
What does the entire process look like? How do you know when you’re ready for the ‘next’ accreditation type? What can you do to be successful, even if you have limited resources? Join us for the webinar ‘Accreditation FAQ Part III’ to find out answers to these questions, and many, many more!
CQL will be using Zoom’s built-in live transcription (closed captioning) features during the webinar. If you need any additional reasonable accommodations, you can share those in the Zoom registration form. Any requests need to be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date of the webinar.
