CQL recently released new requirements for Trainer Re-Certification, providing a simplified, more flexible process. Effective December 1, 2021, Certified Trainers can now ‘mix and match’ from various categories of the requirements – POM Workshops, POM Interviews, and/or CQL-Approved Customized Training – to best meet their needs. In this half-hour webinar, we offer a brief overview of those changes and then open it up to attendees to share any questions they may have.
