Personal Outcome Measures® - ‘The What’
During the first webinar of the series titled Personal Outcome Measures® – ‘The What’, we’ll lay the groundwork with some POM fundamentals. Attendees will learn about the POM, including a brief history, information about the factors and indicators, and gain insight into what’s involved in the discovery process.

Personal Outcome Measures® - ‘The Why’
In Personal Outcome Measures® – ‘The Why’ – our second webinar in the series – participants will discover the value of the tool, the impact on people’s lives, benefits for provider organizations, and the effect on agency culture. We’ll also make the connection between the POM to person-centered planning and overall organizational quality. Attendees will also learn about compelling POM data and the connections to quality-of-life outcomes and the relationship to supports and services.

This webinar provides a foundation for those who may choose to participate in one of our 5-day Personal Outcome Measures® Workshops.

Michael Clausen began his career as a Direct Support Specialist in 2002. Michael has been using the Personal Outcome Measures® (POM) for over a decade. His passion for the POM is a result of his first-hand experience in utilizing the tool. He has presented at conferences internationally, and recently, led the initiative to adapt the POM workshop into a virtual format.
