When it comes to data, Carly Fiorina, a former CEO of Hewlett-Packard once said, “the goal is to turn data into information, and information into insight.” The next step … turning insight into action. But what does that actually look like in the disability services sector? Where should provider organizations begin? How can agencies use data to drive decision-making? And how do you track progress along the way?
In this webinar Putting Organizational Data Into Action, we’re sharing very specific guidance that agencies can use to gather data, set up a centralized system, analyze findings, apply that data to prompt change, monitor the effectiveness of your programs – and most importantly – benefit people with disabilities who receive services.
Attendees will also hear from our partners at Community Ventures In Living (CVL), who will describe how they use data for continuous improvement and agency innovation. They’ll detail how their efforts have evolved over time, challenges they’ve confronted, solutions to those challenges, as well as specific examples of collecting, analyzing, and leveraging data to improve the quality of services and the quality of people’s lives.
